The monthly price is the same as the pricing page, and so is everything in the plan. The waiver takes a charge away, it does not move it into the monthly fee.
Why there is no countdown here
A clock that resets every time the page loads is theatre. This one is a date on a published term, and it is the same date for every visitor.

Questions people ask before ordering
What am I actually charged on the day I order?
The first month of the plan you pick, paid by card through Stripe when you order, and nothing else. On Foundation that is $127, and the plan then renews monthly. The $697 one-time build fee is taken off the order entirely while the waiver runs, so there is no second invoice waiting behind the first.
Is the build fee waived, or just deferred?
Waived. It is not invoiced at launch and it is not added to a later month. The normal term is that the $697 is invoiced once your site is live and you have approved it, and that invoice does not get raised for orders placed on or before December 31, 2026.
Which plan should I order?
Foundation if you want the core structure right and a single crew's work shown properly. Framing if you want enquiries answered day and night by the AI Engine, billed separately at usage. Finish Out if you are adding services or towns quickly and want the fastest article schedule. You can move between plans later.
When does my site actually go live?
7 days on Foundation, 10 on Framing while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Finish Out. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at the order, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner you are live.
How do changes work after launch?
5 revisions a month are included, of any size, each completed within 2 to 5 working days. Beyond that it is $20 flat per revision with no cap on how many. Everything is requested and tracked from your client portal rather than an email chain.
What if I want to cancel?
Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice, during business hours, 9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday. There is no minimum term and no exit fee.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final except a duplicate or an incorrect charge, which is corrected within 10 working days of being reported, as long as it is reported within 30 days. The full terms are on the refund policy page.
Do I have to move my domain or my hosting?
No. We either register a new domain in your name, free for as long as the plan runs, or point the domain you already own at the new site. Hosting is ours to run, so there is no account for you to open and no bill for you to keep paying.
What if my photos and logo are not ready?
Order anyway. The onboarding form takes what you have, the call fills the gaps, and anything missing can follow by email or as a ticket in your client portal without holding up the launch date.
