The alternatives

What a contractor is usually up against

  • Buying a site is not the same as buying rankings

A site with no service or location pages has nothing for a search engine to rank, no matter how it looks.

  • Freelancers and agencies disappear after handoff

The site launches, then nobody updates it, and it slowly falls behind what the business actually offers.

  • DIY builders eat hours you do not have

Every hour spent dragging blocks around a page builder is an hour not spent running the crew or the bid.

  • Hosting and plugin costs show up piecemeal

A hosting bill here, a plugin renewal there, a security patch nobody applied, all billed separately and easy to miss.

  • Content stops the day the invoice clears

Most website purchases are a one-time project. The site is exactly as fresh six months later as it was on day one.

Speed, built in rather than bolted on

  • Custom-coded pages, not assembled from page-builder plugins

  • Served from a global edge network on every plan

  • 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed, mobile and desktop

  • Images optimized automatically as projects are added

Ranking, built into the structure

  • A page per service you bid, not one paragraph for all of them

  • A page per town, county or metro you serve

  • 2 to 3 researched articles a week, depending on tier

  • Correct schema and heading structure on every page, by default

Standard

Included in every plan

  • Custom-coded site

Every page built for speed and structured to rank.

  • CRM-connected forms

Estimate and bid requests routed by API, Zapier or Make.

  • Free domain

Registered in your name for as long as the plan runs.

  • Managed hosting

SSL, CDN and DDoS protection, unmetered bandwidth.

  • Weekly updates

Small, real changes, logged in your client portal.

  • Researched articles

On a weekly schedule, answer-first and cited.

The content engine

The kinds of articles that get written

2 to 3 a week depending on tier, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, cited where a figure appears.

  • Service explainers

What a specific scope of work involves, in plain terms.

  • Town and service-area guides

What a client should know about building in a specific place.

  • Timeline and process guides

General expectations for how a project type typically runs.

  • Comparison guides

How to compare bids, materials or approaches, in general terms.

  • FAQ roundups

The questions a buyer asks most, answered in one place.

How revisions work

  • 5 revisions a month included, of any size, no hourly billing

  • $20 flat for each additional revision, no cap on how many

  • Every revision completed within 2 to 5 working days

  • Requested and tracked from your client portal, not by email chains

What a weekly update looks like

  • A finished project added to the gallery with scope and timeline

  • A service page sharpened with more specific language

  • A new town page written as the service area grows

  • A new researched article published and linked into the relevant pages

  • We have only just started collecting this data for renovation inquiries, and it has already changed our reviews. The report separates genuine inquiries from raw traffic and leaves message content out of it. It establishes honest measurement without pretending to prove results.

Basic inquiry source reporting for renovation inquiries

  • The renovation inquiries preparation page does one job and does it well. It tells people what to have ready before we speak, without demanding everything up front. It has replaced the hurried afternoon rewrite of the same instructions.

Preparation guide and inquiry support for renovation inquiries

  • We suspected our renovation inquiries content existed in two versions. The audit found more. Everything now lives in one maintained reference, with the duplicates retired or redirected. Customers no longer quote wording we retired two years ago.

  • Revisions

5 a month included, then $20 flat each, completed within 2 to 5 working days.

  • Cancellation

Email at least 2 business days before your next invoice, during business hours, 9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday.

  • Refunds

All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge, corrected within 10 working days of being reported within 30 days.

  • Domain

  • Hosting

Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, included in the monthly fee.

Risk, reversed

What if the site does not deliver?

Then the work continues at our cost, not yours. The guarantees below are written into our terms, with their limits stated as plainly as the promises.

  • The build fee comes last

The $697 build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have told us you are satisfied with it.

  • 90+ PageSpeed, guaranteed

On mobile and desktop for pages we build and host. If a page falls below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

  • Local rankings in a stated window

If your site is not ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch, we keep doing the search work at no extra charge until it is.

  • Your domain, your content

The domain is registered in your name. Leave, and we transfer it free and export your content within 14 days.

  • No long contract

Month to month. Cancel by email with 2 business days notice before your next invoice and no further invoice is raised.

  • The limits, plainly

Neither guarantee covers changes you or third parties make, content published against our advice, or rankings for terms outside your area or services. The remedy is the corrective work, not a refund: all sales are final, except a duplicate or incorrect charge made by us. Full detail in the terms and the refund policy.

Questions about the plans

What exactly do I get for the monthly fee?

A fully managed, custom-coded website built for general contractors: a page for every service you bid, a page for every town you serve, a project gallery, an estimate or bid request form connected to your CRM, weekly detail updates, 2 to 3 researched articles a week depending on tier, and Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection included. Nothing here is itemized separately later.

What is included in each plan?

Every plan includes the custom-coded site, service and town pages, the project gallery, CRM-connected forms, weekly updates, researched articles, the search build (SEO, AEO, GEO and schema), compliance pages, hosting, a domain and 5 revisions a month. Framing adds the AI Engine: an AI receptionist for missed calls, chat on your website and text-message replies that book estimate visits. Finish Out adds the Content Engine, with 3 articles a week instead of 2.

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $127, $267 plus AI usage, or $647 a month. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.

How is AI usage billed?

Separately from the monthly plan fee, in arrears, at exactly what our AI provider charges us, with no markup. Usage tracks how often the agent is actually used, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Foundation, 10 on Framing while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Finish Out with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner you are live.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new service page, an updated project in the gallery, a different phone number, a color change: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Add pages for two new towns, here is the copy and photos for both" is one revision, not four. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days, whatever the size.

Is hosting an extra cost?

No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage and no surprise line item in month four.

Do I have to pay for a domain?

No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for people who know your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.

Will a faster website lower my Google Ads costs?

It can help. Google counts landing page experience as one of the three parts of Quality Score, and a fast, relevant page supports that score, which can lower what you pay per click. A fast page also keeps more of the paid visitors who would otherwise leave while it loads. We do not promise a specific saving; ad costs also depend on your bids, market and competitors.

Can you guarantee my company appears in AI answers?

No one can. What we do is make it more likely: answer-first pages, FAQ blocks, consistent business details, structured data on every page and an llms.txt file that describes your business plainly. What our terms do commit to is your site ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch.

How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?

Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final, and that includes monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards.
