AI tools can produce a first draft of pages quickly. A contractor site that ranks still needs accurate service pages, real project photos and scopes, correct town pages, structured data and ongoing updates. That is the part our team does, using AI where it helps and people where accuracy matters.
What does your AI receptionist actually do?
On Framing and Finish Out, it answers the calls your team cannot take, answers common questions about your services and service area, takes down project details and books the estimate visit onto your calendar. It never quotes a price or gives advice on a specific project; those go to a person at your business.
How is your AI usage billed?
Separately from the monthly fee, in arrears, at exactly what our AI provider charges us, with no markup. Framing is $267 a month plus usage.
Do I need a HighLevel account to use your AI Engine?
No. The AI Engine is part of our plan. If you do use HighLevel, enquiries and bookings can be passed into it.
Who approves what the AI says?
You do. Scripts are built from your services and process during onboarding and approved by you before launch. Changes are requested as revisions.
Will you file my text-message registration?
Yes. Text messaging requires A2P 10DLC carrier registration, which we file for you; carrier fees are passed through at cost. You stay responsible for consent and opt-out in your own messages.
Can I use HighLevel AI and your website together?
Yes. Agree up front which system answers which channel, and connect forms and calendars so every lead lands in one place.
