multi-location contractor website design

Multi-location contractor website design that gives every branch its own page

A multi-location contractor website ranks in each area by giving every branch or service county its own page, crossed with the services offered there, rather than one head-office page trying to represent every location at once.

What it costs

  • Plans$127 a month
  • Build fee$697, after launch
  • Live in7 days
  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

Who it is for

Who is multi-location contractor website design for?

Contracting firms with more than one office, yard or branch, often across several metros or states, who need each location found locally while the brand stays one company.

We build for contractors across the United States, including Texas, Florida, California, Arizona, North Carolina and Georgia, and every town page we write names the places you actually work.

Ground conditions

Signs you need it

  • All your branches share one contact page and one phone number.

  • A branch in a new metro has no page of its own on the site.

  • Enquiries for one office get forwarded around by email.

  • Each branch offers slightly different services and the site does not say which.

01

One page per location, not one page for the company

A search for a general contractor almost always includes a place name. A single company-wide page cannot rank for every place a multi-branch or multi-county firm serves, so each location gets its own page naming the specific towns, neighborhoods and permitting jurisdictions it covers.

Every branch gets its own page: towns it covers; services it offers; local permitting timelines; enquiries to the right branch.

02

Services crossed with location, not duplicated blindly

Rather than copying one page and swapping the town name, each location page reflects the services that branch actually offers and any local specifics, such as permitting timelines that differ by jurisdiction, worth mentioning for that area specifically.

03

A structure that scales as you add branches

New location pages are added through the included revisions or weekly updates as the firm opens a new branch or extends its service radius, so the site's structure keeps pace with the business instead of requiring a rebuild every time you grow.

Deliverables

What you actually get

  • Location page architecture

One page per branch, county or metro, built to scale as you grow.

  • Services crossed with location

Each location page reflects what that branch actually offers.

  • Internal linking structure

Location pages link to relevant service pages and vice versa.

  • Location-aware enquiry routing

Enquiries can route to the right branch contact where your CRM supports it.

  • Ongoing expansion support

New locations added as revisions when the firm grows.

Not included

What is not included

  • Construction, permitting, safety or legal advice. We build the website; the professional service is yours.
  • Paid ad management, such as running your Google Ads or social ad campaigns.
  • Professional photography or video shoots. We use your photos and improve the gallery as new ones arrive.
  • Printed materials, vehicle wraps, signage and trade show displays.
  • AI usage fees and text-message carrier fees, which are billed at cost on the plans that include the AI Engine.
  • Unused revisions rolling over to the next month.

Risk, reversed

What if the site does not deliver?

Then the work continues at our cost, not yours. The guarantees below are written into our terms, with their limits stated as plainly as the promises.

  • The build fee comes last

The $697 build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have told us you are satisfied with it.

  • 90+ PageSpeed, guaranteed

On mobile and desktop for pages we build and host. If a page falls below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

  • Local rankings in a stated window

If your site is not ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch, we keep doing the search work at no extra charge until it is.

  • Your domain, your content

The domain is registered in your name. Leave, and we transfer it free and export your content within 14 days.

  • No long contract

Month to month. Cancel by email with 2 business days notice before your next invoice and no further invoice is raised.

  • The limits, plainly

Neither guarantee covers changes you or third parties make, content published against our advice, or rankings for terms outside your area or services. The remedy is the corrective work, not a refund: all sales are final, except a duplicate or incorrect charge made by us. Full detail in the terms and the refund policy.

Client reviews

Client reviews from contractors like you

  • Our old renovation inquiries routine was a shared inbox and crossed fingers. Every inquiry arrives with an owner, a status, and the context attached. Duplicate replies and orphaned messages have both quietly ended.

Inquiry assignment and staff handover for renovation inquiries

  • Misdirected renovation inquiries calls were a daily tax before this. The location travels with the inquiry now, so we stop asking people where they meant to reach. It removed an irritation on both sides of the phone line.

Location information and contact routing for renovation inquiries

  • We expected a prettier website; what we actually use every day is the new form. It asks for project location, work scope and proposed start month before anything is sent, which is the information we used to chase by email. The first message is usually enough to act on now.

Questions about multi-location contractor website design

How many location pages can the site carry?

As many as your service area genuinely covers. Pages are added as you expand, through included revisions, rather than capped at a fixed number.

Can each branch show different services?

Yes. Location pages reflect what that specific branch offers rather than repeating the full company service list on every page.

Can enquiries route to the branch nearest the project?

Where your CRM supports assignment rules, yes. Otherwise all enquiries land with whoever you designate to receive them centrally.

Does adding a new branch require a new project or just a revision?

Just a revision. A new location page is exactly the kind of change the included monthly revisions are built to cover.

Can one website serve branches in different states?

Yes. Each branch gets its own page with its own services, towns and contact route, whether your offices are in one metro or spread across states such as Texas, Florida, Arizona and Tennessee.

How do you avoid duplicate content across location pages?

Each location page is written for that place: its towns, projects, services and team, not a template with the city name swapped. That is what keeps them useful to readers and search engines.

Can each branch have its own AI receptionist script?

On Framing and Finish Out, the AI Engine can be configured with branch-specific details so it answers for the right location. Tell us during onboarding how each branch takes bookings and we set the scripts up to match.

Does each location get its own schema?

Each location page carries structured data describing that branch and its services, linked to the parent company, so search engines understand how the offices relate.
